How do I place an order?

Simply choose your favorites, click "Add to Cart," and proceed to checkout.

 What areas do you serve?

The primary service area is the Central Ontario area. 

When will I receive my meals?

Meals are delivered every Tuesday (10am–3pm) and Wednesday (12pm–6pm).

Do you guys offer vegetarian options?

Just specify when you order, we will make it for you.

Do you guys offer gluten free options?

Yes many of our meals are a great gluten free option 

Do the meals come fresh or frozen?

Meals are delivered fresh, never frozen — ready to heat and enjoy.

 Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We can accommodate many dietary preferences and allergies. Contact us before ordering to discuss your needs.

Where do you source your ingredients?

We work with local butchers,  suppliers and producers whenever possible while prioritizing quality and consistency. No Costco, no Sysco. Just pure, nutrition-filled fuel.

How do I heat the meals?

Meals come fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. (Times may vary depending on the appliance.)

Is there a delivery cost? 

Delivery fees range from $5.99 to  $9.99 based on distance from the restaurant. Enter your address at checkout to see your delivery cost. Or if you pick it up at our brick-mortar address, it’s free.
